At Mahovastore, we take pride in delivering quality home organization products quickly and reliably across the United States. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered so you know exactly what to expect before making a purchase.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time or on non-business days will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Time and Delivery

Our standard delivery time within the United States is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping times begin once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Please note: Certain factors such as holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. While most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window, Mahovastore cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your order is in transit, as this is managed by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and available carrier options.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking link to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delays and Exceptions

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, or carrier issues.
Mahovastore is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time  will be processed the next business day.

Handling and Fulfillment

Each order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch.
Our fulfillment team ensures all packages leave our facility within 2–3 business days of order placement.

Shipping Coverage

Mahovastore currently ships to all 50 states within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
